Toppers continue hot start to the season, sweeping Crowley’s Ridge College in doubleheader

Blue Mountain, Miss.- Blue Mountain Christian delivered a dominant performance on Tuesday afternoon, sweeping a doubleheader against Crowley's Ridge as the Toppers showcased depth, resilience, and offensive firepower in both contests.
The opening game tested Blue Mountain Christian early as Crowley's Ridge jumped out to a 3–0 lead in the top of the first inning. 
The response from the Toppers was immediate and decisive. Blue Mountain Christian answered with a four-run bottom half, sparked by aggressive baserunning and timely extra-base hits that quickly shifted momentum. 
From that point forward, the Toppers controlled the tempo of the game, steadily adding runs through disciplined at-bats and pressure on the basepaths. 
Blue Mountain Christian continued to widen the gap as the lineup delivered quality contact throughout the order, building a commanding lead that carried into an 11–3 victory. 
In the circle, Neely Cooper provided steady control, limiting scoring opportunities and allowing the Toppers' offense to dictate the game.
Game two followed a similar script, though Blue Mountain Christian wasted little time asserting itself. After Crowley's Ridge struck first with two early runs, the Toppers erupted offensively, turning the contest in their favor with a multi-run surge that put the game out of reach by the third inning. 
Blue Mountain Christian's lineup produced consistent pressure with extra-base hits and timely run production, transforming a brief deficit into a commanding advantage. 
The offense continued to roll as the Toppers added insurance runs and capitalized on every scoring opportunity, closing out a decisive 14–2 win. 
Jana Shaw anchored the effort in the circle, working efficiently and keeping Crowley's Ridge off balance throughout the game.
Across both matchups, Blue Mountain Christian displayed a complete team performance, combining opportunistic hitting, aggressive baserunning, and composed pitching. 
The doubleheader sweep highlighted the Toppers' ability to respond to early adversity and sustain momentum, setting the tone for continued success as the season moves forward.
