Blue Mountain, Miss.- Blue Mountain Christian softball delivered a strong all-around performance Tuesday, sweeping Williams Baptist in a home doubleheader with 4-0 and 7-2 victories. 
Behind timely hitting and complete-game efforts in the circle, the Toppers controlled both contests from start to finish.
In the opener, BMCU set the tone early with two runs in the first inning and added two more in the third to secure a 4-0 shutout. 
Maryn Macri provided a key swing with a two-run home run, while Kelsey Camp added a two-RBI single to extend the lead. 
Anna Harrison crossed the plate twice as the Toppers capitalized on early opportunities to create separation.
Neely Cooper was steady in the circle, tossing a complete-game shutout. Cooper worked all seven innings, allowing just five hits while keeping Williams Baptist off the scoreboard to secure the win.
Game two followed a similar script, as Blue Mountain Christian again used offensive bursts to create momentum. 
The Toppers plated three runs in the second inning to take control, added another in the fourth, and broke the game open with a three-run sixth inning on the way to a 7-2 victory. 
Harrison led the offense with three RBI, while Macri and Camp each drove in two runs.
Harrison was dominant at the plate across the doubleheader, finishing a perfect 4-for-4 and swiping four stolen bases in game two.
She totaled six stolen bases across the two games, consistently creating pressure on the basepaths and setting the tone offensively for the Toppers.
Jana Shaw earned the win in the circle in the nightcap, going the distance and allowing just three hits and two runs across seven innings. Shaw limited big innings and kept Williams Baptist from building sustained momentum.
Across both games, Blue Mountain Christian showcased balance in all phases—timely power, situational hitting, aggressive baserunning, and consistent pitching. 
The sweep reflects the Toppers' growing rhythm early in the season as they continue building momentum moving forward.
