Blue Mountain, Miss.- Vincent Douglas shined offensively for the Toppers in their route to victory on Thursday night over BPC.
BMCU controlled the game from start to finish thanks in part to an overwhelming shooting performance by Douglass. He shot thirteen of eighteen from the field with thirty-four points and three rebounds.
Ray Witt made his prescence felt, with a double-double performance of nineteen points and fifteen rebounds.
Jules Teboul provided relief off the bench for the Toppers with twelve points and seven rebounds.
Ikechi Ajukwa had a nice performance of thirteen points and eight rebounds.
The Barons were able to cut the lead to five points with two minutes left in the game, but Douglas hit two clutch jumpers to put the game away for the Toppers.
The Toppers will take on Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama next Thursday night at 7:30 pm.
