Blue Mountain, Miss.- The Volley Toppers cruised past the Central Baptist Mustangs on Tuesday night with a dominant 3-0 sweep.
BMCU delivered one of their strongest serving performances of the season, tallying 13 service aces as a team.
Reanna Brown led the charge with five aces while also pacing the offense with 15 assists.
Olivia Domino added 10 assists of her own to fuel the Topper attack.
In the middle,
Caleigh Grace Turpin put together a standout performance, finishing with 10 kills, two block assists, and an impressive .476 hitting percentage. On the outside,
Salice Speed and
Rachel Stegall both chipped in eight kills apiece to round out the balanced offensive effort.
Defensively, the back line held strong once again with libero
Kora Wilson totaling 12 digs and
Abbi Williams adding 11.
The offensive firepower of the Volley Toppers continues to overwhelm opponents as they roll into their next home match against SSAC foe Tennessee Southern.
