"I was very pleased to see us shoot the ball so well tonight," BMCU head coach
Jermael Bingham said. "I think we've been waiting on a game like this where we shoot to our potential. We did a good job controlling the tempo and we didn't waste any opportunities to score when we had them."
The Toppers finished the night shooting 53 percent from the field, going 20-for-35 from the floor. They would also pull down 10 offensive rebounds and had 12 second-chance points.
BMCU (8-7, 2-5 SSAC) returns to SSAC action Saturday as they travel to Thomas University Saturday in Thomasville, Ga. with tip set for 1 p.m. CT.
