Columbus, Miss.- The Blue Mountain Christian University women's tennis team turned in a strong all-around performance Tuesday, sweeping MUW (Mississippi University for Women) by a 7-0 final with decisive wins in both doubles and singles play.
The Toppers quickly secured the doubles point with dominant performances across the board. Camila Mordiz and Eugenia Ramos led the way with a 6-1 win at No. 1 doubles, while Lina Cetina and Lucia Rodriguez Garcia matched that score with another 6-1 victory at No. 2. Nami Malyaporn and Kiersten Terris completed the doubles sweep with an impressive 6-0 shutout at the No. 3 position.
Blue Mountain Christian carried that momentum into singles play, winning all six matches in straight sets. 
Mordiz earned a 6-1, 6-4 victory at No. 1 singles, while Cetina followed with a commanding 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 2.
 Ramos continued the dominant showing with a 6-0, 6-1 win in the third position.
Rodriguez Garcia added a 6-2, 6-0 victory at No. 4 singles, while Malyaporn and Terris each recorded perfect 6-0, 6-0 wins at No. 5 and No. 6 singles to seal the shutout.
The Toppers displayed impressive depth throughout the lineup, surrendering very few games throughout the match and controlling play from the opening serve.
