Toppers roll past Welch in complete road performance

Nashville, Tenn.- Blue Mountain Christian women's basketball delivered a strong all-around performance Tuesday night, earning an 83-52 road victory over Welch. 
The Toppers controlled the tempo from the opening tip and steadily built separation throughout the contest to secure the win.
BMCU established rhythm early, finding consistent offensive flow while applying defensive pressure on the other end. 
The Toppers built their lead quarter by quarter, carrying momentum into halftime and continuing to extend the advantage in the second half. 
Balanced scoring and disciplined execution allowed Blue Mountain to maintain control throughout the night.
McKenzie Williams led the way with a dominant double-double performance, pouring in 18 points and grabbing 11 rebounds to anchor the paint. 
Kathryn Echols added 15 points and six rebounds, while Maddie Kirk contributed 14 points, six rebounds, and five steals, impacting the game on both ends of the floor. 
Rebecca Walter also finished with 14 points and five rebounds, giving the Toppers multiple scoring options throughout the lineup.
Blue Mountain Christian showcased efficiency offensively while remaining active defensively, forcing turnovers and converting opportunities in transition. 
The depth of the roster was evident as contributions came from across the floor, allowing the Toppers to maintain energy and execution for all four quarters.
With the victory, Blue Mountain Christian continues to build momentum as the season progresses, demonstrating balance, defensive intensity, and consistent offensive production in a convincing road performance.
