Box Score Talladega, AL- The Toppers rolled past the Talladega Tornadoes on Tuesday evening with a commanding 5-1 victory.
It didn't take long for BMCU to strike. At just the 1:34 mark, Kida Yamaguchi found the back of the net off an assist from Pedro Pina. 
Moments later, Daniel Nunes extended the lead with an unassisted goal in the 12th minute, making it 2-0.
The Topper attack continued as Karim Swedi buried an unassisted goal in the 23rd minute to stretch the advantage to 3-0. 
Talladega managed to respond with a goal in the 28th minute, but that would be their only tally of the night.
Yamaguchi struck again before halftime, netting his second goal of the match in the 42nd minute, assisted by Dipanda Silva Jr., sending the Toppers into the break with a 4-1 lead.
The second half was largely quiet until the 89th minute, when Whemblem Gonçalves capped the night with a goal assisted by Swedi.
It was a complete performance for the Toppers, who now look to carry the momentum into their first home match of the season against Oakwood University on Friday.
