Blue Mountain, Miss.- The Volley Toppers blew past the Brewton-Parker Christian Barons on Friday night, earning a clean 3-0 sweep.
In BMCU's dominant victory, Rachel Stegall and Salice Speed powered the offensive attack. Stegall led all players with a match-high 13 kills, while Speed added 12 kills on a strong .308 hitting percentage.
Reanna Brown orchestrated the offense with her usual steady play, recording 19 assists and 7 digs.
At the net, Alayna Fuller made her presence felt with 2 block assists, and Speed added 2 block assists of her own.
On the back line, Valeria Velez, Kora Wilson, and Abbi Williams held down the defense. Velez led the team with 13 digs, followed closely by Wilson with 12, and Williams chipped in 9.
The Volley Toppers will celebrate Senior Day tomorrow in Tyler Gym before hosting their final home match of the season against Life University.
