Blue Mountain, Miss.- Blue Mountain Christian Women's Cross Country celebrated Senior Day with a dominant showing at the Topper Trails College Classic, sweeping the top five individual positions on its way to the team title.
The Toppers finished with a perfect team score of 15 points, placing all five scoring runners across the finish line before another team's first finisher. 
BMCU's scoring five combined for a time of 1:47:43 with an average 5K time of 21:32.
Sophomore Ella Shepherd led the way for Blue Mountain Christian, winning the individual title with a time of 20:26.6. 
Kaedyn Wilson followed closely behind, taking second overall in 20:30.8.
Lauren Paul continued the strong showing with a third-place finish, crossing the line in 22:00.3. Ruth Hutchinson followed in fourth with a time of 22:19.7, while Jorja Kate Mooneyhan completed the Toppers' sweep of the top five with a fifth-place time of 22:26.4.
Freshman Josie Meeks was the sixth Topper across the line, finishing 11th overall in 23:55.6. Senior Leah Montgomery rounded out BMCU's lineup on Senior Day, placing 13th with a time of 26:04.6.
The meet also provided an opportunity for Blue Mountain Christian to recognize its seniors as they competed at home in one of the final races of their collegiate careers.
BMCU finished 25 points ahead of second-place Delta State, which recorded 40 points.
