Searcy, Ark.- Blue Mountain Christian University men's cross country earned a second-place team finish Friday at the Harding Invitational, led by a top-10 performance from
Jonah Barnhardt.
Barnhardt paced the Toppers with a seventh-place finish, crossing the line in 21:17.60. His performance earned six points toward BMCU's team score.
Lukas Dykes gave Blue Mountain Christian a second runner near the front of the field, finishing 11th overall with a time of 21:56.30.
Samuel Aguilar was the third Topper across the line, placing 21st in 22:50.90.
Austin Ellis followed in 25th with a time of 23:11.10, while
Jacob Waller rounded out BMCU's five scoring runners in 27th at 23:41.10.
Erick Flores finished close behind Waller, taking 29th with a time of 23:48.10.
Braxton Enzor crossed the line in 39th at 25:10.90, followed by
Lelan Boulden in 41st at 25:16.10.
John Thomas Draper finished 45th with a time of 26:20.90, while
Samuel Hutchinson completed the BMCU group in 49th at 29:57.60.
