Hattiesburg, Miss.- The lady Toppers had strong individual and team performances, leading to seventh place finish in the SSAC Championship.
Harley Garner had a tremendous run to a 7^th place finish in the 5000m event, running to a time of 20:14.80.
Lauren Paul and Lexie Faulkner finished in the top fifteen as well in the 5000m.
Paul had a personal best time of 22:26.08 and Faulkner ran a 23:03.68.
Angel Wright dashed her way to 6^th place in the 400m hurdles, with a personal best time of 1:13.13.
Abby Laney had a terrific performance in the discus, with a mark of 27.17m.
Aubrey Britt shined in the 3000m steeplechase, placing 2^nd with a time of 11:59.00.
Tyra Yahola ran swiftly to place 13^th in the 800m, with a time of 2:42.20.
Leah Montgomery hit a new personal record with her top fifteen finish in the 1500m, with a time of 6:05.73.
The 4x800m relay team put on a show to finish 3^rd with a time of 10:10.38.
