NEW ALBANY, Miss. – (RV) Blue Mountain Christian Women fell to Texas A&M-Texarkana here Thursday to open up the 2025 season, dropping by a score of 0-4.
Despite losing the doubles point, the duo of
Lina Cetina and
Annalynn Housley picked up a 6-1 victory over J. Young and A. Gonzalez.
Cetina and Emma Bessi were in the midst of a tight singles match before the Eagles clinched, playing to a 1-6, 6-3 not finishing.
The same was true in Housley's singles match, as she and Audrey Castillo were battling in a 6-4, 1-5 contest.
