BLUE MOUNTAIN, Miss. – (Results) Blue Mountain Christian hosted its annual Topper Trails Classic here Saturday, as the Lady Toppers and Toppers both finished third in team standings as they celebrated Senior Day.
BMCU Women compiled 70 points in the 5K with Aubrey Britt finishing runner-up in a time of 20:55.9 to lead.
Harley Garner wasn't far behind, finishing in the Top 10 with an eighth-place finish in a time of 21:28.4.
On the men's 8K side, BMCU collected 72 points, with Will Porter leading the way with a second-place finish at 26:56.6, and Lukas Dykes in third place with a time of 27:02.5.
SSAC foe UT-Southern would take both first-place trophies at the event.
