RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Blue Mountain Christian Men knocked off University of the Ozarks here Tuesday in an exciting thriller that ended with the Toppers getting a 4-3 victory.
It was the Toppers first official victory of the season, as they would grab the critical doubles point on Courts 1 and 2 with Marco Inga/Victor "Lobo" Lopez and Pablo Cruz/Elio Garnier getting victories.
With Courts 1 and 2 secured early by U of O, the Toppers fired back on Courts 3 and 6, as Lopez and Josh Ward nabbed victories.
Elio Garnier and Leo Schon would decide the match on Courts 4 and 5, with both men sealing the victory for the Toppers in singles.
