MEMPHIS, Tenn. – (
Results) Blue Mountain Christian Women made another big impression Saturday here at the Rhodes 5K Invitational in a field full of NCAA and NAIA teams, placing third out of 12.

Catherine Truemper led the way for her team, clipping the line at 18:57.2 in 4
th place to hit the podium as a Top Runner.
Aubrey Britt was solid also, placing 25
th in a time of 20:32.2 for Blue Mountain.
The finishes were even more impressive due to the size of the field, as 108 racers competed.
"I'm very proud of our ladies and how they raced today," BMCU head coach Phillip Laney said. "This was a massive race in size, and our girls hung right in there. I can see us continually getting better."
NCAA DI Arkansas State was the team winner for the event.
