MONTGOMERY, Ala. – (RV) Blue Mountain Christian bowed out Friday at the SSAC Championship as the No. 6 seed, falling to No. 15 ranked and seed No. 3 Loyola 0-4.
The match was resumed from Thursday, as rain pelted Montgomery, moving the single matches to Friday.
The Wolf Pack held a 1-0 lead before rains halted the match Thursday, winning doubles court.
"We fought hard against nationally ranked Loyola," BMCU head coach
Dana Horton said. "We split sets on three and five, but just ran out of time before Loyola clinched the win. We had a great season, and I'm very proud of this team."
