MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Blue Mountain Men dropped 3-4 to Florida National Friday to open the Montgomery Roundup in SSAC play.
The deciding point came down to Court 3 singles, featuring BMCU's Danko Yordanov against FNU's Umberto Particelli.  Particelli would get the final set, eventually winning 4-6, 6-4, 6-4.
The Toppers would get the doubles point on wins by Rick Sakamoto/Yordanov and Marco Inga/Victor Lopez.
FNU would grab the important four wins though on singles courts to grab the SSAC win.

BMCU (5-8, 0-4 SSAC) returns to SSAC action Saturday in the Roundup, playing No. 8 William Carey at 9 a.m., followed by No. 9 Middle Ga. St. at 1 p.m. CT.
